The Roofs of Tochni Village

The patterns of the houses in the mountains varies as much as the landscape of where they are located. In this painting, the artist uses the shapes and colors to weave a view of the village for the viewer. The use of creating many layers of color and texture bring these houses to life and presents a place to be explored. Allies and narrow streets can be imagined running between these buildings as the village comes to life.
